Josh Schmerling

After being named Partner at Zirkin & Schmerling Law in 2011, Josh scaled the firm from managing 15 cases to more than 700. Over the course of his career, he has recovered tens of millions of dollars in judgments and settlements on behalf of his clients.

Josh was appointed to the Judicial Compensation Commission by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan (2015–2019), recognized by Super Lawyers from 2020–2024, and named a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
